Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero

A computer-animated martial arts fantasy/adventure film produced by Toei Animation and written by Dragon Ball series creator Akira Toriyama. Super Hero is an upcoming Japanese 3D CG anime supernatural martial arts fantasy/adventure film, directed by Tatsuya Nagamine and written by original creator Akira Toriyama. This is the first Dragon Ball feature film mainly animated in 3D.

Dragon Ball Super Season

Dragon Ball Super is the first animated Dragon Ball series to feature a new story in 18 years. It is developed by Toei and began airing in Japan on Fuji TV on July 5, 2015. It is the first Dragon Ball television series featuring a new storyline in 18 years since Dragon Ball GT, which aired from 1996 to 1997. The series will follow the aftermath of Goku's fierce battle with Majin Buu as he attempts to maintain the earth's fragile peace. The story of Dragon Ball Super begins five years after the 28th World Martial Arts Tournament, with Son Goku as an adult, but still wearing his original Childish clothing. Goku encounters members of the Frieza race and is recruited to join them in defeating a powerful foe. Although he declines at first, Goku later comes across the alien warrior Beerus. Dragon Ball Super takes place after the events of the Dragon Ball Z television series. The world was peaceful and without crime until a new evil appeared. Frieza, Cell, Majin Buu, the Ginyu Force, Bojack, and the other major villains have all been defeated by Goku and his friends. But now goes around the universe more powerful enemies that threaten to destroy the planet Earth. To fight against this evil heroes must form a team of assassins more powerful than ever. The warrior Zamasu arrives on Earth to meet Son Goku but realizes he is different from what he expected and makes an offer to him...A new threat has emerged that may be too much for the seven Dragon Balls to handle...in fact, these multiple entities are so powerful, its creator had to seal parts of him into seven other entities in order to contain his immense power. Goku and co. may have to face off against their toughest enemy yet, one who boasts not only immense physical power but seven distinct personalities as well.

 DRAGON BALL Z continues the adventures of Son Goku who, along with his companions, defend the Earth against villains ranging from aliens (Frieza), androids (Cell), and other magical creatures (Majin Buu). While the original Dragon Ball anime followed Goku through childhood into adulthood, Dragon Ball Z is a continuation of his adult life, but at the same time parallels the maturation of his son, Gohan, as well as characters such as Piccolo and Vegeta. Dragon Ball Z (ドラゴンボールZ, Doragon Bōru Zetto, commonly abbreviated as DBZ) is a Japanese anime television series produced by Toei Animation. It is the sequel to Dragon Ball and adapts the latter 324 chapters of the original 519-chapter Dragon Ball manga series created by Akira Toriyama which ran in Weekly Shōnen Jump from 1988 to 1995 India, and Latin America. Dragon Ball Z is a Japanese anime television series produced by Toei Animation. It is the sequel to the 1986 Dragon Ball anime and adapts the latter 325 chapters of the 519 chapter-long original manga series created by Akira Toriyama which ran in Weekly Shōnen Jump from 1984 to 1995. Dragon Ball Z aired in Japan on Fuji TV from April 26, 1989, to January 31, 1996, before receiving additional sequels in the form of Dragon Ball GT (1996) and Dragon Ball Super (2015). The name Dragon Ball Z was first used on this series' Toonami premiere in the United States. Dragon Ball Z keeps the same format of five-to-six story arcs that comprise a total of 153 episodes. (By contrast, Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball GT each had around 100 episodes).

 Dragon Ball GT (Japanese: ドラゴンボールGTジーティー, Hepburn: Doragon Bōru Jī Tī) is a 1996–1997 Japanese anime series based on Akira Toriyama's Dragon Ball manga. Produced by Toei Animation, the series premiered in Japan on Fuji TV and ran for 64 episodes from February 1996 to November 1997. Unlike the previous two anime in the Dragon Ball franchise, Dragon. Dragon Ball GT is the third anime series in the Dragon Ball franchise and a sequel to the Dragon Ball Z anime series. Produced by Toei Animation, the series premiered in Japan on Fuji TV on February 7, 1996, spanning 64 episodes until its end on November 19, 1997. Unlike the previous two anime in the Dragon Ball franchise, Dragon Ball GT does not adapt material from the manga by Akira Toriyama but is an anime-exclusive sequel show to the Dragon Ball Z anime with an original story conceived by Toei Animation. Dragon Ball GT revolves around a reduction in the story's main character, Goku, to a childlike state and subsequent adventures as he attempts to regain his maturity. The series takes place five years after the defeat of Kid Buu, and ten years after the defeat of Majin Buu. Having since settled down with his granddaughter Pan, and attended Mr. Satan's martial arts tournament as a spectator, Goku is drawn away into the afterlife by the megalomaniac Emperor Pilaf and his minions Shu and Mai (with Pan and Trunks in pursuit), where he arrives upon the ignoble Dragon Ball Altar (ドラゴンボール祭まつり台だい, Doragon Bōru Matsuri-dai) amid a powerful storm, releasing an imprisoned wish-granting dragon named Shenron. Though seemingly well-intentioned, Pilaf ruins his plans by summoning Ultimate Shenron (究極神龍 Kyūkyoku Shenron), a colossal dragon who demands that Goku be turned into an infant as punishment for disturbing him; when Goku cannot comply with such conditions himself due to having given up all of his Dragon Balls.
